New List of Abandoned Property from DECEMBER 2017 City wide Inspections
The ATTACHED LIST has been determined as abandoned property per the City ordinance. These properties will have the city's property tax tripled from the normal rate as a result of being determined as abandoned urban property in December 2017. Owners have until May 31, 2018 to appeal or correct the property to avoid remaining on this list.
